Boston-based teacher Ali Cook has dedicated the last twelve years to studying yoga with some of the nation's foremost instructors, including Natasha Rizopolous and Barbara Benaugh. She has been recognized for her work with 'non-yoga people' including athletes, college students, aging populations, and elementary school children. Ali has published on yoga for stress management, led workshops at national conferences and is currently developing mindfulness education programming. A graduate of Smith College, she holds an M.A. in Art History from UMass Amherst and is an M.B.A candidate at Boston University.
Ali's classes are accessible to practitioners of all levels. Her mission is to teach students skills that they can carry off the mat to live aligned and engaged lives.
